Private Yoga sessions suitable for those who wish to try Yoga, or at a beginner level.
Yoga aims to achieve correct body alignment through the practice of various postures. Other Yoga benefits include: helping to tone; improve flexibility and tight muscles; self-awareness; and improves both physical and mental well-being.
Each session is tailored to suit each individual, by either working towards your own personal goals, or just to stretch and increase flexibility.
These sessions gives you a chance to comfortably learn Yoga at a pace and level that suits you, without being in a class environment.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese holistic treatment (meaning flow of universal life-force energy). It aims to re-balance and re-energise the body physically, mentally & emotionally.
The life-force energy is channelled using hand placements along the body's Chakra points.
Please note: Reiki cannot be performed on those with broken bones, or those undergoing an operation (Distant Healing).
